Prior to working at Windermere, Edward headed ek Real Estate Group, where he and his team handled development projects valued up to $40M including new townhomes, condominiums, and warehouse loft conversions in neighborhoods such as Capitol Hill, the Pike Pine District, Wallingford, Belltown and other in-city locations. At ek, Edward also handled the marketing and sales of residential homes with market values exceeding $10M. These projects consistently resulted in the highest price per square foot or unit pricing for the owner/builder for its property class, lower than average marketing time, and highly efficient marketing expenditures due to Edward’s focused, targeted, and strategic approach.
An authority on real estate, Edward frequently contributes to real estate blogs and websites including Windermere’s blog, often focusing on the convergence of social trends and real estate. During a five-year management commitment with Windermere, Edward established numerous programs that benefited the Company, brokers, and the customers they serve. He also lectures on real estate topics such as statistics and international marketing and he advises non-profit organizations on topics such as social media, marketing, and real estate.
